Rory co-founded Â鶹´²´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Builders alongside Dan in 1991 after the two met while working for the same construction company. Together, they shared a vision of building a company that put people first—one where employees were valued, relationships mattered, and clients could trust they would always be treated with integrity. That vision became Â鶹´²´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Builders, with the company's name combining "Ro" from Rory and "Dan" from Dan.
Throughout his career, Rory helped shape the culture that continues to define Â鶹´²´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ today. His leadership emphasized teamwork, respect, craftsmanship, and creating opportunities for people to grow both personally and professionally. He believed that a successful company was built not only on quality projects, but on the people behind them.
Although Rory retired in 2021, his influence remains woven into the foundation of Â鶹´²´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ Builders. The people-first culture he helped establish continues to guide the company every day, and his legacy lives on through the employees, clients, and communities that Â鶹´²´«Ã½ÍøÕ¾ proudly serves.
